These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of blockdesign.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Block Design ("Block," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 9, WHICH AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

1. Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Block purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (or equivalent).
• Sale items and seconds are final sale and non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Block Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@blockdesign.co before sending any item back. We will then advise you of the returns address to send you item. Include your name and order number with your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund (less original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Damaged and Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at hello@blockdesign.co or +44 (0)1503 230 003. No claim for transit damage can be considered unless reported in writing within this window. Please take photos of all damage and packaging it arrived in. 

Block Design warrants that all products will conform to their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a product defect, we will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for the affected item. 

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. Block Design does not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the mainland United States. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Block Design is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Block Design pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

5. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this Site — including graphics, text, logos, images, icons, site design, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the sole property of Block Design or its respective content owners, and is protected by United States and international copyright law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print portions of this Site solely for the purpose of placing an order with Block Design or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or retransmission of any content — is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Block Design.

6. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on this Site (collectively, the "Marks") are proprietary to Block Design. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Mark without the prior written consent of Block Design.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLOCK DESIGN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOCK DESIGN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BLOCK DESIGN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOCK DESIGN’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLOCK DESIGN FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

9. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders
If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. The disclaimers of implied warranties and limitations of liability in Sections 7 and 8 apply in full to B2B transactions. Any claim for defective goods by a business customer must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery.

10. Privacy
We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications, please contact us at hello@blockdesign.co and we will honor your request promptly.

If you provide a telephone number, we may contact you regarding your order. Your telephone number will not be shared with any third parties aside from our couriers to allow you to track delivery.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Block Design and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
